Can I switch plans mid-cycle? +
Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, prorated for the current month. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work? +
By choosing annual billing, you get 2 months free (approximately 17% discount). The total is billed once at the start. An annual invoice is issued and you can request a purchase order for your accounting.
